Platform Terms

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and using the platform only for lawful personal coaching and training purposes.

Self service registration is available only to people age 13 or older. A parent or legal guardian must approve Challenge participation for a member under 18. Athletes under 13 require a parent led, manually reviewed enrollment before Spinz Gym collects their account information.

Spinz Gym provides coaching, education, training plans, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, mindset resources, and communication tools. The platform is not an emergency service and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Recommendations may need to be modified based on injury status, medical advice, equipment, training environment, or other individual circumstances.

You agree to follow coaching instructions, use reasonable judgment, report relevant pain or injury information, and stop an activity when continuing would be unsafe. You remain responsible for choosing an appropriate environment, equipment, supervision, and medical clearance when needed.

Messaging and community features may not be used to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, distribute unlawful material, or interfere with another member's use of the platform.

Training plans, exercise demonstrations, written materials, course content, graphics, and other Spinz Gym materials are provided for the member's personal use unless otherwise stated. Do not republish, resell, or commercially distribute protected platform content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as messages, notes, logs, and photos. You authorize Spinz Gym to process that content as needed to operate the coaching service and platform.

The platform may change as features, programs, security controls, and coaching workflows are improved. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, hosting, security, or provider outages.

Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment where payment applies, material violations of these terms, or when a coaching relationship ends. Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, accounting, or operational purposes.

Athletic, strength, body composition, recovery, and skill outcomes vary by individual. Training plans and coaching do not guarantee a particular performance result, roster outcome, scholarship, playing time, medical outcome, or competition result.

These platform terms do not replace a separate liability waiver, informed consent form, payment agreement, facility agreement, team agreement, or other contract that may be required for a specific Spinz Gym service.

When material terms change, Spinz Gym may require acceptance of a new document version before continued use of affected features.
